摘要:

心理契约这一概念早在20世纪60年代就被引入了管理领域,从80年代末开始,随着Rousseau从个体层面对其加以界定开始,管理领域中对心理契约的研究又出现了一个新的高潮.本文旨在对新时期、新经济背景下的心理契约相关问题的研究做一简要的介绍,主要涉及心理契约的内容、维度以及心理契约的违背.文章最后从心理契约相关研究所存在的问题出发,对其未来的研究方向进行了展望.

Abstract:

The notion of Psychological Contract has been introduced into the management realm as early as the 1960 ’s. The management realm appeared a new climas of researching about psychological contract from the end of the 1980’ s when Rousseau defined psychological contract from the individual level. This paper aims to introduing the related research of psychological contract under new period and new economic background briefly, involving the contents, dimensions and violations of psychological contract primarily. Finally, the paper makes a prospect to the future research from the aspect of problems of related research of psychological contract.
