中唐王焘编撰的医方巨著《外台秘要方》中直接引用晋唐医书七十余种.《外台秘要方》所引医书中包括了一个后世亡佚的张仲景著述版本——至少十八卷的《张仲景伤寒论》.与今天通行宋本《伤寒论》不同，《张仲景伤寒论》包括了杂病内容，是仲景著述伤寒与杂病未分的版本.《外台秘要方》共引用《张仲景伤寒论》条文210条，其中有86条标明了所出卷次.通过对这86条条文所出卷次的分析，我们发现这个唐本《张仲景伤寒论》的框架结构是伤寒在前，杂病在后；伤寒内容结构与宋本《伤寒论》基本相同；杂病结构与《脉经·卷八》非常近似.理清《外台秘要方》所引唐抄本《张仲景伤寒论》框架结构，对未来辑复唐本《张仲景伤寒论》具有重要意义.

Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang（《外台秘要方》）is a large-scale medical prescription masterpiece compiled by Wang Tao in the middle Tang Dynasty,which directly quotes more than 70 medical books from the Jin and Tang Dynasties. The medical books cited in Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang include a lost version of Zhang Zhongjing's works-Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Diseases（《张仲景伤寒论》）,which has at least 18 volumes. Although this book is also called Treatise on Febrile Diseases（《伤寒论》）,it is different from the Song Dynasty version of Treatise on Febrile Diseases that is in circulation today in that it includes content on miscellaneous diseases. Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang quotes a total of 210 articles from Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Diseases,86 of which indicate the volume in which they were published. Through the analysis of the volumes in which these 86 articles appeared,we concluded that the framework structure of this Tang manuscript of Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Diseases is that febrile diseases come first,followed by miscellaneous diseases;the content structure of febrile diseases is generally the same as that of the Song version of Treatise on Febrile Diseases;and the structure of miscellaneous diseases is very similar to that of Pulse Classic,Volume Eight（《脉经·卷八》）. Clarifying the framework structure of the Tang manuscript of Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Diseases cited in Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang is of great significance for the future compilation of the Tang manuscript of Zhang Zhongjing's Treatise on Febrile Diseases.
