妊娠期糖尿病(Gestational Diabetes Mellitus,GDM)是妊娠期常见的代谢性疾病,其发病机制复杂,胰岛素抵抗(Insulin Resistance,IR)是其主要病理生理机制之一。近年来,脂肪因子作为脂肪组织分泌的生物活性物质,在GDM发病中的作用受到广泛关注。文章综述了近年来关于GDM患者血清脂肪因子与IR相关性的研究进展,探讨了脂肪因子在GDM发生、发展中的作用机制,以及其作为潜在生物标志物的临床应用前景,为进一步研究和临床干预提供参考。
Abstract:Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is a common metabolic disorder during pregnancy with a complex pathogenesis,and insulin resistance(IR)is one of its main pathophysiological mechanisms. In recent years,adipokines,as bioactive substances secreted by adipose tissue,have attracted increasing attention because of their role in the development of GDM.This review summarizes recent advances in studies on the correlation between serum adipokines and IR in patients with GDM,discusses the mechanisms by which adipokines are involved in the onset and progression of GDM,and explores their clinical potential as biomarkers,with the aim of providing a reference for further research and clinical intervention.
