改革开放以来，中国经历了从以经济建设为中心的方针到新时代实践共同富裕政策的历史性进程，这一进程是中国式现代化的内在规律与必然趋势，是中国共产党的为民情怀与价值指向，它不仅反映了中国社会的发展及进步，更体现了中国共产党对马克思主义理论于时代语境下的理论创新与实践开拓。而就以经济建设为中心与实践共同富裕二者之间关系来论，以经济建设为中心是实践共同富裕的前提及条件，而实践共同富裕，则是以经济建设为中心于当下语境中的持续与深化，是对中国式现代化的不断推进与发展，是经济建设中心任务的未来目标，二者在新时代中国特色社会主义事业的伟大实践中相辅相成，相互促进。
Abstract：Since the launch of reform and opening-up,China has undergone a historic transition from the policy of centering on economic development to the practice of common prosperity in the new era. This evolution represents an inherent logic and inevitable trend of Chinese modernization,reflecting the Chinese Communist Party's people-centered commitment and value orientation. It not only mirrors China's social development and progress,but also demonstrates the Party's theoretical innovation and practical exploration of Marxist theory in the contemporary context. Regarding the relationship between centering on economic development and advancing common prosperity,the former serves as the prerequisite and foundation for the latter,while the practice of common prosperity represents a continuation and deepening of the development-centered approach under current conditions. It further propels Chinese modernization,serving as the future objective of the central task of economic development. The two are mutually reinforcing and complementary in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics for the new era.
