巩固新时代中华文化主体性，是践行强国建设、民族复兴时代使命的内在逻辑要求。中国共产党团结带领广大人民，在中华大地上成功建构起稳固的中华文化主体性，推动中华文明实现从近代蒙尘向当代繁盛的历史性跨越，于全球化浪潮的深度激荡中彰显出深沉的文化定力。进一步夯实中华文化主体性地位，需聚焦三大关键路径：其一，溯源固本，以历史自觉为根基，深度回应“我是谁”的历史之问，通过回望民族文脉、追溯精神源流汲取不竭动力，凝聚民族精神共识，筑牢党的文化领导权根基；其二，激发创造，以守正创新为遵循，在“两个结合”理论视域下精准引领、充分激发人民群众的文化创造活力，激活中华优秀传统文化的时代赋能机制；其三，赋能发展，统筹推进中华优秀传统文化的创造性转化与创新性发展，切实提升中华文化的国际传播力、影响力与感召力，夯实社会主义文化强国建设的核心支撑。

Consolidating the subjectivity of Chinese culture in the new era is essential for national rejuvenation. Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,the Chinese people have successfully constructed a strong cultural subjectivity,enabling Chinese civilization to transition from modern obscurity to contemporary prosperity while demonstrating cultural resilience amid globalization. To further consolidate this cultural subjectivity,three key paths should be pursued:First,strengthening the foundation through historical consciousness,revisiting the national cultural lineage,and reinforcing the Party's cultural leadership. Second,stimulating people's cultural creativity by adhering to the principle of upholding fundamental principles while breaking new ground,guided by the theoretical framework of the “two combinations”,and activating the contemporary relevance of fine traditional Chinese culture.Third,empowering development by coordinating the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture,enhancing the international communication capacity,influence,and appeal of Chinese culture,and strengthening the core support for building a socialist cultural powerhouse.
